Training using real biological datasets addressed the processing and interpretation of genomic, transcriptomic and epigenomic data in relation to research questions.
With contributions from Prof. Dr. Emre Keskin and the bioinformatics team, the programme strengthened the integration of computational analysis and laboratory workflows.
